Lost/Stolen Cards

Replacement Cards

If you lose your Card, immediately go to my.carlow.edu or notify the Carlow Card Center during regular business hours at 412-578-6690. As soon as you report a lost/stolen card, your card is deactivated and can no longer be used to access your funds or enter buildings. Until the time a card is reported lost/stolen, liabilities incurred on the card are the responsibility of the cardholder.

The cardholder must also make arrangements for a temporary card or a new replacement card. Even if your card is located, it will be inactive until the temporary card is returned to the Carlow Card Center. This ensures that no one else can access your Carlow Cash or Meal Plan.

New cards are issued by the Carlow Card Center.
Monday – Friday, 8:30 am – 12:00 pm and 1:00 - 4:00 pm

There is a replacement fee of $15.00 for lost ID cards. Cash or check may be used to pay for the replacement card in the Carlow Card Center.

After Hours Replacement

If you lose your Carlow Card at night or on the weekend, you can get a temporary Carlow Card at the Dispatch Center (412-578-6005) for access to the resident hall and your meal plan.

Return the temporary ID card when you find your Carlow Card. If you are unable to find your card within 2-3 days a replacement card must be purchased through the Carlow Card Center
