Do I need to have my Carlow Card with me at all times?
Your Carlow Card should always be with you. This card identifies you as a student, staff, or faculty member of the university, and will give you access and privileges to the residence hall, classroom buildings, meal plans, library, and computer labs.
Where do I get a Carlow Card?
Go to the Carlow Card Center located in Student Affairs, 4th floor of Frances Warde Hall.

When can I get a Carlow Card?
Employees are given a "New Employee ID Request" form by Human Resources to take to the Carlow Card Center.
When does my Carlow Card expire?
Your Carlow Card will expire on the day of graduation, or withdrawal from the university. If you have funds on your card a refund can be requested within one year.

How can I get into the residence hall if I lose my Carlow Card?
If you lose your Carlow Card, a temporary card will be issued to you. The temporary card will give you access to your residence hall, meal plan, and Carlow Cash. When you find your Carlow Card, return your temporary card to the Carlow Card Center. If you are unable to find your card within 2-3 days, a new card will be issued for you. A $15.00 replacement fee must be paid each time.
If I lose my Carlow Card are my funds safe?
You need to immediately report your lost/stolen card. When your card is reported lost/stolen your card will be deactivated to ensure that no one can access your account.

What do I do if I have a temporary card?
A temporary card is replacing your Carlow Card until you find it or replace it. If you need to replace it, a $15.00 fee will be charged. When you receive the temporary card it will have the same access and privileges as your Carlow Card. Within 2-3 days the temporary card will need to be returned to the Carlow Card Center to either replace your Carlow Card or reactivate your Carlow Card once it has been found.
