Every student, faculty, and staff member at Carlow receives a photo ID card at the Carlow Card Center located in the Office of Student Affairs in Frances Warde Hall, 4th Floor.

Your Carlow Card is your photo ID and a whole lot more. The magnetic strip on your card is programmed to give you access to the residence hall, classroom buildings, your meal plan, the bookstore, the library, and the computer labs.

Online Management - Manage your Carlow Card online at my.carlow.edu. Login with your Active Directory username and password. Parents may access the Guest Deposit area to add funds to their child's card without logging in.

Adding Funds - You may add funds by filling out the Carlow Cash Form (PDF) or adding money online (credit card required) at: http://my.carlow.edu. Parents may access the Guest Deposit area at my.carlow.edu to add funds to their child's card without logging in.

Checking Your Balance - To check your current Carlow Card balance, log in to: http://my.carlow.edu.

Security - The Carlow Card is safe because you can carry less cash for discretionary spending by adding Carlow Cash to your card. As an added security feature, your picture appears on your Carlow Card allowing offices and merchants to identify you. Report lost or stolen cards immediately (412-578-6690).
